meet TRICIA

HI!

I have been a CX Product Designer for close to 4 years now! Some of my certifications include: Customer Experience, Journey Mapping (Forrester) and a certified Experience Point CX Ambassador Facilitator in Human Centered Design

I knew in the 4th grade that I wanted to go into programming and obtained degrees in both Computer & Management Information Systems. I’ve been in the IT field for my entire career.

The majority of my career has been with Ford Motor Company, joining in October of 2001. I had a variety or roles while at Ford mostly technical as a java developer; but some non-technical as well. I’ve also been on the business side of the equation, giving me a unique blend of being able to speak & understand both technical and business sides. I’ve always had a curiosity for design! I took on my first Product Designer position in 2018 with the Connect Blue Zone project. The team responsible for the ‘hands off’ Blue Cruise experience!!
